Slight increase in moisture ahead

By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service of Belize’s latest weather report says that generally fair weather conditions are expected to prevail with a slight increase in moisture expected for today.

The 24-hour forecast calls for sunny skies with a few cloudy spells today and cloudy at times tonight. There is a chance of light isolated showers developing this afternoon and tonight.

Today’s temperature highs will range from 83 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 85 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 75 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 75 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 68 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 64 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be blowing East-Northeast between 5-15 knots and the sea state will be choppy-moderate.

There will be low tide at 11:43 a.m. and high tide at 6:04 p.m. The sun will set at 5:15 p.m.
