John Saldivar focused on securing Belmopan stronghold for the UDP

By BBN Staff: This morning, Former UDP Leader-elect and Minister of National Security, John Saldivar appeared on The Morning Show on Love FM.

Saldivar told talk show hosts that he is innocent of any wrongdoing and that he needs to ensure that the UDP’s Belmopan stronghold remains in tact.

“My reputation defends me…. In Belmopan, my reputation defends me. My people know me and when this story is finally and totally told, I have no doubt that the people of Belmopan will remain on my side because my works there speaks for itself,” Saldivar said.

Saldivar added that he is confident about the UDP winning the next election and him winning his seat in Belmopan.

“We are going to recover from this and we are going to defeat the People’s United Party,” Saldivar stated.

At the end of the show, Saldivar refused to give interviews to the media which was waiting outside.
