By BBN Staff: Authorities have detained and charged, retired American, Linda Elder of Cux Ling Ha in Toledo for possession of controlled drugs with intent to supply.

Police conducted a search at Elder’s home and found (1,953) grams of suspected cannabis.

Elder was then detained and charged.
