By BBN Staff: A Belize City man is recovering at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital after a shooting on Saturday night.

Jareth Jerry Jones, 35, was reportedly inside his yard around 7:45 p.m. with his family, when he was approached by a man who fired shots at him and hit him in the body.

Police are investigating.
