By Aaron Humes: A chagrined Commissioner of Police, Chester Williams, says police are dealing with the vile incident involving the release of a video showing sexual intercourse between two Belize City residents.
Based on the accounts of the two persons involved, the Commissioner said he is satisfied, unhappily so, that three of his own were behind the incident.
One officer is already in custody and two more, from Orange Walk, are being sought.
The man involved will not be charged, as it is clear he was coerced to perform the act; there was no actual penetration. Neither person is mentally challenged, according to the Commissioner’s judgment.
