Corozal police find bag full of bullets in Chan Chen cemetery

By BBN Staff: Corozal found a bag full of bullets in the Chan Chen Village cemetery yesterday.

Police say that they conducted the search around 5:30 p.m. and found a bag containing 99 5.56 live rounds of ammunition, which are commonly used in high powered rifles.

No one was in the immediate area at the time of the search, therefore the ammunition was labeled and deposited as found property.
