Stig Da Artist salutes romance with new song “Luv you forever”

By BBN Staff: In March 2020, as Belize got its first taste of COVID-19 lockdowns, Stig Da Artist dropped the three-song Extended Play (EP) Isolation, bringing you the hits, Distance, Stay Inside, and Life. Today, Stig is back on the scene with the release of his new project, Isolation 2.

Stig leads out the EP with the video for the song “love you forever” a song he notes is inspired by real-life and in part by the Randy Travis Country and Western hit “Forever and ever amen.”

“It talks about the ups and downs of a relationship and how whatever you’ve been through, it’s just lessons. You should never give up and always let the love continue no matter what,” he said.

Keeping with the formula that has worked for him thus far, the song is Mixed and Mastered by Dj Perf, and Executive Produced by Richie Galvez, with visuals by Kendis “Shot by Kendis” Williams and Steady Hernandez providing the drone shots.

“There’s something for everyone on this EP,” he added. “Love you forever is a clean, romantic song that everyone can relate to. A high school couple can listen to it, and parents won’t feel bad about playing the song with their children in the car.”

Stig Da Artist notes that the goal of the video was to capture the essence of real love and as such featured a couple who are actually preparing to get married. He also said that the locations in Placencia and Moho Caye were chosen to capture and highlight the beauty of southern Belize.

Isolation 2 is out now on Apple Music, and the music video for Luv you forever can be viewed on Youtube.
