South African Developer and Guatemalan architect charged for trafficking in person

By BBN Staff: Placencia Police have arrested and charged, South African developer, Jonathan Blitz,41, and Guatemalan architect Ana Ponce, 35, for trafficking in person for the purpose of exploitation.

A 16-year-old minor told police that she works long hours and was the victim of verbal abuse.

The duo reportedly forced her to sleep in a laundry room and her personal documents were taken away from her.
