By Aaron Humes: Seasonably dry, warm and windy conditions prevail, according to the National Meteorological Service.
The 24-hour forecast calls for mostly sunny skies today and clear to partly cloudy skies tonight with little or no rainfall expected.
High temperatures are 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 94 degrees inland and 82 in the hills; tonight, temperatures will reach 80 degrees along the coast; 74 degrees inland and 66 in the hills.
Winds are from the east to southeast at 10 to 20 knots and gusty; sea state is moderate to rough. A small craft warning remains in effect for gusty winds and locally rough seas; mariners should remain in safe harbour.
High tide is at 9:17 a.m. this morning and 9:27 p.m. tonight and low tide is at 3:14 p.m. this afternoon.
In the extended outlook, fair and dry conditions continue on Sunday with the chance for isolated showers on Sunday night.
