Sister-in-law charged for golf cart accident that killed Bianca Reyes

By BBN Staff: Miriam Rodriguez, 2, accountant and sister-in-law of Bianca Reyes has been charged with of manslaughter by negligence, causing death by careless conduct, driving a motor vehicle with alcohol concentration above the prescribed limit, negligent wounding, and negligent harm.

On Saturday night, Rodriguez, Reyes, and two minors were in a golf cart being driven by Rodriguez when she lost control and the golf cart flipped.
