No one injured in Placencia’s Turtle Inn fire

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: No one was injured in the Turtle Inn fire at Placencia this morning said General Manager, Martin Krediet.

Earlier Breaking Belize News reported on a fire at the popular hotel in Placencia which was quickly contained by the National Fire Service and the Turtle Inn crew.

Krediet said that the Turtle Inn sustained “a bit of damage to our main lobby buidling’s roof” but he anticipated “little to no impact to the hotel experience”.

Kredit added that in the words of the Turtle Inn’s founder, “The show will go on”.
