Markeisha Young battling for the title of Miss World and she needs your help

By BBN Staff: While Belize prepares to welcome home Destiny Wagner winner of the Miss Earth 2021 pageant, another Belizean woman, Markeisha Young, is representing the jewel in the Miss World 2021 pageant and she needs your support.

Young, who was crowned Miss World Belize back in September, left for Puerto Rico last week to compete in the various events leading up to the broadcast of the competition’s finals.

The ILS Phoenix Foundation explained that Young needs votes to advance to the semi-finals of the competition and that Belizeans can help her by downloading the Mobstar app and liking youngs pictures. Each like counts as a point for her advancement.

“WE ARE SMALL BUT WE ARE MIGHTY,” the Foundation said. “Vote vote vote.”

Young has a brief tutorial on how to vote using the app on the Mobstar app on the ILS Phoenix Foundation.

BBN joins with the foundation in urging all Belizeans to assist in securing Young’s advancement so she can represent Belize in the semi-finals, and wishes her the best in the competition.
