In a short video address he stated, “As we celebrate Holy Week and we reflect on our spirituality, we take time to connect with our families and friends. I ask that you do so safely.”

Barrow acknowledged that “I know things have been difficult over the last two years and it seems as if it’s only getting worse. Nonetheless, we give thanks for what we have. I ask you to treasure each other, treasure your lives.”
