Belize Weather: Post-Easter temperatures heating up

The National Meteorological Service says fair weather continues.

Skies will be clear to partly cloudy today and tonight, with warm temperatures and little to no rainfall.

High temperatures will peak at 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 94 degrees in inland areas and 82 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 78 degrees along the coast; 70 degrees in the interior and 64 degrees in the hills.

Winds are northeasterly at five to 15 knots. Sea state is slight to light chop with waves of one to four feet.

Tides will be high at 11:10 this morning and low at 6:42 this evening. Sunset is at 5:33 this morning and sunrise on Wednesday at 5:33 in the morning.

Continued mostly fair and warm weather is expected on Wednesday, with only isolated showers if any.
