Members of the Council are leading Pan-African visionaries from across the world who leverage their collective influence, resources, and experiences to elevate African influence and significance on the world stage while addressing important issues affecting the lives of Africans and people of African descent across the globe. Furthermore, the Council serves as a substantive bridge for the historic African Diaspora seeking to work together with their continental brothers and sisters to dispel the myths that have kept African peoples apart.

Mayor Palacio’s leadership of excellence is recognized as an outstanding contribution to society. The Pan African Council will officially recognize our very own, Mayor of the City of Belmopan as a Council Ambassador here in Belize. Her work is an invaluable contribution to the Council’s mission to empower people of African descent and to strengthen the institutions that positively enhance national and social life by building relationships, exchanges, and interactions with civil society, business leaders, and institutions throughout Africa and regions of the wider global African Diaspora

The official recognition ceremony will be officiated by the Chairman of the Pan-African Council, Mr. Fabien Anthony, on his visit to the City of Belmopan, on July 14th at 10:30 am at the Belmopan Civic Center.
