By Rubén Morales Iglesias:  “Our deepest sympathies go out to your family and friends of Noah,” football team Roaring Creek United said in a social media post expressing condolences on Moro’s death during the mass shooting at Wabinaha Bar in Hopkins, Stann Creek, early on Sunday morning.

“He was a huge part of so many people’s lives. Having all the wonderful memories of our time together at Roaring Creek United FC makes me feel honored. All of you are loved by us. RIP Brother.”

Moro was one of two persons who died after three gunmen opened fire at the bar in popular tourist village of Hopkins in the wee hours of Sunday, July 31. Eight other people were injured, including three police officers and a minor.

Saying all three gunmen had been identified as 28-year-old Kenyon Moore, 28-year-old Brian Andrews and 35-year-old Sherwin Moore from nearby Sittee River, Commissioner of Police said a nationwide manhunt was already underway.

“We assure the people of Hopkins and the entire country that we will vigorously pursue those responsible and will leave no stone unturned to bring them to justice,” said Williams.

The Commissioner said police captured the driver of the getaway vehicle and impounded the vehicle.
