End of the World Marathon registration deadline is Friday, October 14

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: If you’re planning on running in the End of the World Marathon in Placencia, register now.

The 11^th End of the World Marathon is not until Sunday, December 4, in Placencia but the runners’ registration deadline is Friday, October 14.

So, make sure you don’t miss the date.

According to Run Belize, the race at the Placencia Peninsula will start at 5:30 am.

“Come for the run and stay for the fun in a Caribbean wonderland of beautiful beaches, mystical Mayan temples, spectacular caves, pristine rain forests, and the second largest barrier reef in the world,” says Run Belize.

“All proceeds raised in connection with the 2022 EOW marathon will be donated in full,” said Run Belize. “All proceeds will be issued as high school, university, and trade school scholarships benefiting Belizean youth. Please consider making a financial contribution of any size. 100% of your donation will go to our scholarship funds benefiting the Placencia, Belize youth. We appreciate your help in continuing to support education in Belize.”
