Body found on the beach in Stann Creek identified as Abraham Rodriguez

By Benjamin Flowers: Police say that the body found on the beach in Stann Creek yesterday has been identified.

The security guard at Hamanasi Resort reported to police that around 2:55 p.m. yesterday, the body of a man, around six feet tall with dreadlocks, washed up on the beach, with blood seen coming from the mouth and nose.

The man’s father later identified him as Abraham Lincoln Rodriguez.

Police say that there were no signs of physical injuries on the body and that no foul play is suspected at this time.

A post mortem examination is pending.
