Daughter accused of chopping father in River Valley

By Aaron Humes: An argument between father and daughter allegedly resulted in the minor chopping him in the head.

The incident happened in St Paul’s Bank, Belize District on Tuesday afternoon. According to police, the minor, 17, and her father Antonio Fermin, 67, were arguing and she gave him a large cut wound to the head.

Fermin is listed as being in stable condition at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital. The police are investigating.
