Belize Volleyball Association congratulates Eliza Arnold and Allan Sharp on meritorious service award

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez:  On September 13, 2023, 25 distinguished persons were honoured at this year’s Tribute to Belizean Patriots ceremony at the Battlefield Park in Belize City.

Among the awardees for Meritorious Service, Eliza Arnold and Allan Sharp were honored.

The Belize Volleyball Association (BVA) has since extended congratulations to Arnold and President Sharp who were recognized for their contributions to Sports in Belize.

President Allan Sharp expressed his admiration for Arnold, saying, “She has always been an incredible supporter, and she has given us some of our greatest national team players. She has nurtured a whole family of volleyball players and supporters.”

The BVA extended gratitude to Arnold and Sharp for their remarkable contributions, their love for sports and love for Belize.

“Your passion and dedication inspire us to continue in service to country.

We also take this opportunity to congratulate all award recipients who were recognized at last night’s Tribute to Belizean Patriots in Belize City. We are proud of you,” the BVA further added.
