Belize Weather: Fair weather prevailing

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Mainly fair and warm weather conditions will prevail according to the National Meteorological Service. Skies will be sunny with a few cloudy spells today and partly cloudy tonight. Showers or thunderstorms will be isolated, except for a few more inland this afternoon and over northern areas tonight.

High temperatures peak at 91 degrees Fahrenheit along coastal areas; 95 degrees in the interior and 81 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 80 degrees along the coast, 73 degrees inland and 68 degrees in the hills.

Winds will be easterly to northeasterly at five to ten knots and sea state slight.

Tides will be low at 8:07 this morning then high at 2:13 this afternoon and low again at 6:59 this evening. The sun sets at 5:38 this evening and rises at 5:43 Thursday morning.

Mainly fair weather continues with isolated showers or thunderstorms on Thursday.
