Belize Weather: Fair, cool and mostly dry conditions prevail

By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts that over the next 24 hours, skies will be mostly sunny today and clear to partly cloudy tonight. No rainfall is expected.

Average high temperatures forecast today will be 79 degrees Fahrenheit for coastal areas, 82 degrees in the interior and 66 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 69 degrees along the coast, 61 degrees inland and 55 degrees in the hills.

Winds will be northerly to northwesterly at 10 to 15 knots, and sea state is light chop.

Tides will be low at 7:35 this morning. A high tide follows at 1:25 this afternoon and a low tide at 8:11 this evening.

The sun sets at 5:47 this evening and rises at 6:25 Thursday morning.

The expected weather outlook through Thursday night is for mainly fair and cool weather conditions. Little or no rainfall is expected.
