Belize Weather: Cool and dry start to week

By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts that over the next 24 hours, skies will be mostly sunny today and clear tonight with little or no rainfall expected.

Average high temperatures forecast today will be 78 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 79 degrees in inland areas; and 68 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 68 degrees along the coast, 58 degrees inland and 52 degrees in the hills.

Winds will be northerly to northwesterly at ten to 15 knots, and sea state is light chop to choppy.

Tides are high as of 7:59 this morning. A low tide occurs at 11:47 this morning and a high tide at 6:35 this evening.

The sun sets at 5:55 this evening and rises at 6:17 Tuesday morning.

Tuesday will be mild with little to no rainfall.
