Forecasters are predicting that this year’s Atlantic Hurricane Season will be an “extremely active” season with 23 named storms.

Therefore, Chief Meteorologist Ronald Gordon is urging all Belizeans to review their hurricane preparedness plans, their insurance plans and to secure their homes on time.

Gordon encourages all Belizeans to prepare in advance and take measures to mitigate any possible impact from hurricanes this season.
