Belize Development Partners Network hosts General Assembly

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Today, U.S. Ambassador to Belize Michelle Kwan and UN Resident Coordinator Raul Salazar led the first General Assembly meet of the newly launched Belize Development Partners Network at the Government of Belize’s Ministry of Sustainable Development.

 The Network, including resident and regional diplomatic missions, international agencies, and international financial institutions supporting Belize’s economic development, will complement ongoing efforts to improve information sharing and collaboration among Belize’s development partners. 

The U.S. Embassy in Belmopan said that it is is proud to be part of such an engaged and dynamic group dedicated to advancing prosperity in Belize.
