People’s United Party announces conventions for 31 constituencies except Toledo East

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: The People’s United Party (PUP) has officially announced that applications are open for candidates who wish to apply to represent the PUP as standard bearers as it prepares for the 2025 General elections.

Candidates wishing to apply for the 31 constituencies with the exception of Toledo East can do so.

The Toledo East community is mourning the loss of their Area Representative Mike Espat.

Iron Mike leaves behind a legacy of community service and his colleagues say he was fierce in lobbying for the needs of his constituency.

Closing date for application is May 24 at 4pm.
