The police reported that they received information of a shooting incident on Tuesday, June 16 and when they went to 151 Lord’s Bank village they saw a male Hispanic person lying face down in some grass with apparent gunshot wound to his neck.

The person, 28 year old Jorge Carlos Lozano, reported to the police that he was at home at 151 Lord’s Bank village with his girlfriend and her family when he heard a knock on the front door. He said when he went to open the door he saw Brandon Tillett and another man with what appeared to be 9 millimeter pistols in their hands.

Lozano said he tried to close back the door and he heard a gunshot but he managed to escape by running through the door. He said he heard another gunshot when he tried to jump across a drain and he felt a burning sensation in his left shoulder as he fell into the drain.

He said Tillett then stood over him and fired several shots. He told police that he then heard Tillett say, “My gun done, you come” and the other man fired several shots at him and he was shot in his neck. He said he pretended that he was dead and his assailants left.
