Mental Health Day celebrated

Friday, October 9, 2015.  BMG: Dignity and respect for mental health patients: that is what health professionals are asking of the community.

Today the Central Health Region organized a students’ march through the streets of the city to get that message across. 

The march featuring students from Wesley and Palotti started at Cleopatra White Health Center and ended at BTL park with a Fun Day.

As part of World Mental Health Day on Saturday a number of events are planned for this week including a High School Speech Competition tomorrow afternoon at SJC Gym and the Annual Fund Raising Banquet at Chateau Caribbean on Saturday.
