ORANGE WALK BUREAU Reporting: The skeletal remains found on a farm off the Guinea Grass road earlier this week have been positively identified as those of Orange Walk resident Luis Enrique Moreno.
The 23 year old was last seen alive on February 5 by his mother.
According to Officer Commanding Orange Walk Police Superintendent Dennis Arnold, clothing found with the skeletal remains was key in helping Moreno’s mother in identifying her son’s remains.
Pending a determination after a post mortem examination, the investigation could turn into a murder investigation.
Luis Enrique Moreno, also known as Patch, was laid to rest in Orange Walk town.
