Friday, January 23, 2015. BMG: A Belize City tatoo artist has been arrested and charges for the crime of “Unlawful Sexual Intercourse.”

Esteban Mossiah, 45, was booked on two counts of the charges based upon a report made by a 15 year old girl that the man had sexual intercourse with her on the 6th of January and again on the 9th of January.

Accompanied by her mother, the teenage girl told police that the sexual encounters took place at Mossiah’s residence on the north side of Belize City.

Mossiah was arrested and charged on Thursday of this week.
