Breaking: Major court cases affected by upcoming General Elections

Wednesday, September 30^th, 2015. Aaron Humes Reporting: Elections overtake major cases in the Supreme Court and as such the case of Orlando Habet versus the Chief Elections Officer has been discontinued with no order made for costs. The exercise against Former Minister Elvin Penner is now academic as Penner is no longer a member of the House of Representatives.

The case of Francis Fonseca versus Dean Barrow over the 13^th Senator has been postponed to November 30th for report.
