Staff: Former Mayor of Belize City, Zenaida Moya, continues to engage in pageantry. 

Yesterday in her capacity as National Coordinator of the Belize Chapter of the Miss Scuba International Pageant, she crowned Corozal resident, Joswanie Hall, 18 as the first ever Ms. Scuba Belize out of seven participants. 

Next month Hall will travel to Malaysia to represent Belize at the Ms. Scuba International Pageant.  

The Miss Scuba International Pageant began in 2011 to bring attention to the world’s oceans and best scuba diving practices.
