Woman and baby reported missing

By BBN Staff: Yesterday, Emperatriz Portillo of Belize city reported that on October 16 around 7:00 a.m.,  her friend known to her as Ruby Petino Opu left her home along with her 1-year 8-month old baby en route to her work.

Opu works at mile 8 on the George Price highway.

Since then Portillo has not seen Opu or the baby again.

Opu is of hispanic descent, slim built and about 5 feet in height.

Police investigations continue.
