Roy Lord’s murder believed to be case of mistaken identity, says family

BBN Staff: Yesterday we reported on the death of Lords Bank villager,  Roy Gilbert Lord, 31.

He was shot multiple times on Wilson street just before midnight on Sunday.

Today we can confirm that he died while going to pick up his girlfriend from work at the Tropicana Casino.

He had left her house on New Road on foot to pick her up after work.

His family is still clueless as to why anyone would have wanted to harm him.

They suspect that it was a case of mistaken identity.
