Police issue report on San Pedro double murder

BBN Staff: Today, the Belize Police Department issued an official report on the double murder that happened in San Pedro Town yesterday.

According to the report, at about 1:30 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting incident in the area of Boca Del Rio.

Upon arrival, they observed a man face down in the kitchen area with multiple gunshot wounds to the body.

He was later identified as Allen Martinez, 35.

Police saw another man also face down with multiple gunshot wounds to the body. 

He was identified as Deon Faber, 40.

Preliminary investigations revealed that at about 1:30 p.m.,  a man went to Faber’s residence, armed with a firearm and opened fire causing the fatal injuries to both men.
