Man stabbed in Santa Elena while buying food

By BBN Staff: A man was stabbed in Santa Elena, Cayo yesterday afternoon.

He has been identified as Michael Williams, 21.

Williams reported that while he was buying food at an establishment on the George Price Highway, a man approached and asked his name.

Williams did not respond and the assailant stabbed him to the chest.

He remains hospitalized in a stable but critical condition.
