Twelve year old shot in Belize City last night

By BBN Staff: Authorities are investigating a shooting incident that occurred last night in Belize City.

Shiloh Coleman,12, was at home inside his room with his mom, Edalia Cordon and his grandma, Helen Lords when 2 men kicked open the back door of the house.

The men fired several shots at them hitting Coleman.

The men then fled the scene.

The child was taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital for medical treatment and is listed in a stable condition.
