Early morning traffic accident reported in Santa Elena

By BBN Staff:  Reports to BBN is that around 1:00 a.m. this morning a vehicle, heading from San Ignacio to Santa Elena, had just crossed the Hawkesworth bridge when it collided directly into the cement wall at Highway Supermarket.

The driver of the vehicle was taken for medical treatment.

This is not the first time that a vehicle or motorcycle has collided into this cement wall in the wee hours of the morning.
