Belize to confirm first case of Covid-19 – PM Barrow expected to make announcement shortly

By BBN Staff: After being the only Central American country free of Covid-19, BBN has been reliably informed that the first case has now been confirmed.

Prime Minister Dean Barrow is holding a press conference at 9:30 this morning where he is expected to make the announcement.

PM Barrow is also expected to announce additional measures to prevent the spread and transmission of Covid-19.
