Belize City gas depot robbed, shots fired in police pursuit

By BBN Staff: Reports are reaching our newsroom that officers of the Belize Police department fired their weapons at alleged robbers while pursuing two men following a robbery at the Gas Tomza Butane Depot on the George Price Highway.

The incident is said to have happened moments ago, and the officers reportedly chased the robbers down the highway and onto Antelope Street Extension. Thus far there have not been any reports of any injuries.
