By BBN Staff: Michael McKenzie, 19, who was reported missing earlier has been found.

McKenzie’s mother had asked for assistance in locating him after he did not return home from Gardenia Village this afternoon as planned. She was concerned as McKenzie is mentally challenged.

We have confirmed that McKenzie’s father found him in Gardenia Village and that he is safe.

Breaking Belize News joins his family in thanking everyone who assisted in getting the word out that he was missing.
