60 people arrive on repatriation flight today

By BBN Staff: Today, the Ministry of Health informed that 60 people arrived on a repatriation flight.

The Ministry said that their staff was at the Belize International Airport to review the process flows and on the ground activities for arrival of the repatriation flight.

Samples were routinely collected from all 60 passengers for eventual transportation to the Central Medical Laboratory for processing.

“The work is meticulous and had 11 staff on the ground, the team included nurses, medical officers and public health officers,” the office of Director of Health services added.
