Go Fund Me launched for Danny Jimenez surgery

By BBN Staff: A Go Fund Me was launched to assist football star Danny Jimenez for jaw reconstruction surgery.

Jimenez is also an officer of the Special Patrol Unit.

He was shot on July 19, 2020 in San Ignacio Town.

Jimenez was shot in the mouth and he is in need of a Surgical jaw reconstruction, which is to be performed in a private clinic in Belize City as the public hospitals reportedly do not provide this service.

The estimated cost of the surgery is $16,000 Belize Dollars.

“Any little contribution will add up and make a big difference to a young man who serves his country with patriotism and pride while using his talent to represent our little Belize around the world in soccer games,” the Go Fund Me page said.

The Go Fund Me was launched by Deyanie Hyde, Danny’s sister-in-law.
