By BBN Staff: The Ministry of Health (MOH) has reported today that another 29 positive cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed, putting Belize’s total count just shy of 1,000.
The latest MOH data says that the 29 positive cases came from a total batch of 85 samples.
“The preliminary breakdown is as follows:22 – Orange walk District, 2 – Cayo District, 2 – Belize District 1 – Corozal District, 1 – Stann Creek, 1 – Toledo,” the Ministry said.
The MOH also noted that there are two recovered cases and three patients (2 males and 1 female) are currently intubated at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital.
The total amount of confirmed cases now stands at 994.
