Over 1,000 active cases of COVID-19 in Belize

By BBN Staff: The Ministry of Health continues to conduct testing for COVID-19 in Belize.

Up to date, a total of 10,112 tests have been done.

The country has now registered 1,361 confirmed cases of the virus of which 1,024 are currently active cases.

Three hundred and twenty one patients have recovered while 16 people have lost their lives to COVID-19.

The Ministry of Health continues to urge the public to adhere to all safety protocols and take all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the virus.
