Ministry of Health and Wellness continues the COVID-19 vaccine education campaign

By BBN Staff: The Ministry of Health and Wellness says that it continues with its education campaign on the COVID19 Vaccine.

On Friday, Prime Minister John Briceño said that by September, the aim is to have “enough” people vaccinated.

The COVAX facility alone will cover 30 percent of the population and the Ministry of Health and Wellness has already begun working on a roll-out plan which is to be tabled in Cabinet.

The Ministry continues to urge the public to wear a face mask properly in public, maintain consistent physical distancing, avoid social gatherings, and wash and sanitize hands often.
