COVID-19 Update: Ten new confirmed cases and five recoveries

By Aaron Humes: The Ministry of Health and Wellness confirms in its daily update that there are ten new confirmed cases of COVID-19 countrywide, from 622 tests done, for a daily positivity rate of 1.61 percent.

Five persons have recovered and 74 cases are under investigation.

No new deaths have been reported, leaving the count at 316 to date. Three persons have been actively hospitalized.

There are 71 total active cases – 35 women and 36 men.

The number of total recoveries stands at 11,962 from 12,355 total confirmed cases since the start of the pandemic here in March, 2020.
