Four COVID-19 hospitalizations

By Zoila Palma: Recently, there has been a decrease in hospitalizations of COVID-19 patients but the latest update from the Ministry of Health and Wellness indicate that 4 patients remain hospitalized.

One of those patients is admitted in the Intensive Care Unit.

Meanwhile, another 4 patients have recovered from the virus, bringing the national total for recoveries up to 12,106 and the national recovery rate now stands at 97%.

There are now 51 active cases of COVID-19 in Belize.

The countrywide vaccination campaign continues and everyone is urged to get vaccinated when their time comes.
