Ministry of Health and Wellness reports four new cases of COVID-19

By Benjamin Flowers: Belize has four new cases of COVID-19, according to data released today by the Ministry of Health and Wellness (MOHW).

The latest national update shows that the new cases were detected among a sample batch of 548 tests.

New cases were split between three females and one male.

The daily positivity rate stood at 0.73, while the country’s national total for confirmed cases now stands at 12,704.

There were no new deaths associated with the virus.
