By Benjamin Flowers: Officers at the San Pedro Police Station have closed windows, which were open all day in preparation for the arraignment of Jasmine Hartin.

Hartin is now reportedly headed into court to be read a charge of manslaughter by negligence in relation to the May 28 shooting death of Police Superintendent Henry Jemmott.
